Client Services & Marketing Assistant
We are i85media, a pint-sized (but rapidly-growing!) Internet services firm serving independent auto repair shops. We operate a network of directories that help customers find great auto repair shops. We also provide custom web development and internet marketing for individual auto repair shops. More exciting new services are in the works — we're always innovating. We're looking for a Client Services & Marketing Assistant who can work closely with our team to manage client relationships, prepare marketing materials, create reports, track internal projects, and do what it takes to keep our business moving forward. We all wear many hats, and you will too. This is a position with significant opportunities for growth, and the right candidate will be quick to expand their skills and learn the industry in order to become an indispensable member of our team.
Location
Atlanta, GA (West Midtown) — You'll work from Strongbox West, a co-working space west of Midtown in Atlanta. It's a very casual work environment.
Qualifications
- Professional writing skills (client correspondence, marketing materials, website copy, email newsletters).
- Excellent one-to-one verbal communication and phone skills.
- Good ideas and a start-up mentality. We’re building a company, and it's a work-in-progress.
- Stellar organizational skills. You should be very detail-oriented and follow through consistently. We're few people doing many things, and we need to be confident that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Computer skills. Using the web and email should be second nature to you. You should be proficient with basic productivity software, including Word and Excel. Familiarity with HTML and CSS would be a huge plus, but not required.
- A four-year college degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience.
Compensation
Full-Time: $12 – $18/hr, depending on experience and qualifications. All full-time employees receive our standard benefits, which include:
